We offer design services from basic color consultations, to functional design, space planning, complete finish list selection, project coordination, and lastly, furniture and placement.Project Management
We offer on-site project management when you have a need to have a resource on-site for your home projects. We can assist you in quality control, communications and problem resolution and decision making in a timely manner to avoid costly delays in your project scheduleHome Action Plan
We offer a room by room tour and evaluate a home's attributes, as well as problem areas, from the outside to the inside. We follow this up with our Action Plan of suggested changes (in order of priority), general guidelines and strategic moves to make just prior to an open house or private showing.Re-Decorating Existing Spaces
We offer the expertise and resources to perform the items stated within the Action Plan. In most cases, we use your existing furnishings and accessories to refresh and enhance the beauty of your home.Outdoor Kitchen Design/Sales
GarCo Grills and More (Owned by Refined Design Services) is an Authorized Sales/Service Dealer of premium outdoor appliances including Twin Eagles, Alfresco, Delta Heat, Artisan, Hestan, Aspire, Coyote, Blaze, FireMagic, AOG, RCS, Primo and others. We design and fabricate outdoor kitchen structures utilizing Graysen Woods welded aluminum islands and offer Challenger outdoor cabinetry.
